Quality

We have "Quality management control system", and we have passed ISO 9001 management system. We are strictly following the ISO 9001 system.

The R&D department is responsible for planning and controlling the whole process of design and development, and shall prepare the design and development plan for the projects approved and the contract projects for special products, including the followings:

1. Determine the stages of the design and development process and specify the contents and requirements of each stage.

2. The review, validation and validation activities required by the design and development process, including the time schedule and the requirements of the participants, should be clearly defined in terms of the responsibilities and authority involved in the design and development process.

3. Provide the organizational and technical interfaces of the departments and personnel involved in the design to ensure that the responsibilities and powers of the relevant personnel involved in the design and development are clear and effective communication and information transmission;

4. The design and development plan should be revised or updated in time and re-approved according to the requirements of the design and development process.

5. Ensure the availability of internal and external resources required for design and development, and requirements for subsequent product and service delivery.

External supplier control:

In order to ensure that the products and processes provided by the company meet the required technical and quality requirements, the company's integrated management department shall specify the quality and technical requirements for each product and process provided by the company and reach agreement with the external supplier through the form of a contract.

Control of production and service delivery:

1) All products/services should be labeled in packaging, handling and storage.

2) Proper protective measures such as moisture-proof and damage-proof should be adopted in the packaging process.

3) Care should be taken to prevent collision, dumping and damage during handling.

4) Products should be stored in a clean and safe environment. Only when all prescribed activities are completed satisfactorily. Only when the relevant documents are available and authorized can the product be delivered.
